It is located at the northern end of the Belize Barrier Reef. Ambergris Caye is the largest island in Belize, and the main destination for travelers to this English-speaking western Caribbean country formerly called British Honduras. As you can see on the mini-map, San Pedro is the only town on the island. Ambergris Caye has been the hub of Belizean maritime fishing trade for centuries, but in the last few decades scuba and eco tourism have become the main products of Ambergris Caye. This fish card serves as a guide to the island, giving you not only a little map, but a guide to all of the potential diving you can do there along the Belize Barrier Reef.
